My stay at Bloom Boutique was quite a mixed bag. The hotel's location is great, being in the heart of Delhi, which is a major plus. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with rude and uninformed staff. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing, but I did appreciate the safe provided for my valuables.
